We've been meaning to go to the Waterfront for a long time, if only to use up a £20 voucher Rose got when she complained about a meal she had there in January. Surprisingly, the place was pretty empty on this Thursday lunchtime (I thought it was usually packed with old people in the week) and service was extremely prompt. Indeed, it was barely ten minutes from walking through the door that we were chomping on our scampi!
Scampi was good, chips were good, brownie and ice cream were good. Couldn't fault it really...
